New Incident Case Confidentiality feature in the Incident Manager module.
This latest enhancement allows you to further restrict access to sensitive incident cases, ensuring that only authorised users can view confidential case details, on top of your Org Group controls. By controlling who can access incident information, your organisation can better protect sensitive data while enabling relevant stakeholders to access the information they need for their role.
